Your feedback is very important. Our employees and our customers are at the center of all we do. For a number of our lab locations our customers operate 24/7 and with that, expect us to operate similar schedules to fulfil their testing needs and keep food safe. At FSNS, we continue to train and develop our managers into strong leaders and will continue to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged, valued and appreciated. While it is great that you feel your resume is now better because of your experience here, it is unfortunate that you didn’t engage in the proper dialogue with your manager to build a career here.
