Really really great work environment

There is nothing to complain about

My experience was extremely disappointing and not aligned with what was communicated during the hiring process. The role was presented as structured and supported, but the reality was the opposite. There was little to no formal training, unclear expectations, and a noticeable lack of leadership engagement. Regional management was largely absent when it mattered most, and communication was inconsistent at best. The culture felt reactive rather than proactive, with employees often left to figure things out without guidance. This creates unnecessary stress and sets people up to underperform—not due to lack of ability, but lack of support. I would strongly encourage leadership to reevaluate onboarding, training infrastructure, and accountability at the regional level. There is potential here, but the execution is currently falling short.

This organization significantly overpromises during recruitment and underdelivers once you’re in the role. Expectations are either unclear or constantly shifting, and there is no real training framework in place to support success. Regional management lacks presence, direction, and accountability. When challenges arise, support is minimal, leaving employees to operate in a disorganized and often chaotic environment. The culture is not built for long-term success—it feels transactional, with little investment in people or development. If you’re considering this company, ask very specific questions about training, leadership involvement, and day-to-day support. The answers you get upfront may not reflect reality.
