Pros

Good and supportive co-workers overall always there when help is needed Remote work policy which is a big plus from my side Lot of opportunities to grow, The project I was in gave me plenty of opportunities to grow professionally

Cons

Only con would be that alternate saturdays are working, although sometimes I've utilized that to catch up with few things which aren't feasible on other days, but that's about it

Pros

There are No Pros at all.

Cons

I will list them: 1. There is no timing, they call anytime and get pissed off for following actual timing like leaving at 7pm, they think employees as partners, thinking employees will work like them, have a clear mind that employees are not co-founders and we have a life outside of job. 2. No Hierarchy, Task assignment will be done by direct phone call. No MS Teams, No Jira/Asana or any project management tools. 3. If you consider having healthy work-life balance and don't want to get burnout before 30, then don't even join. 4. Alternate Saturdays working. 5. Salary will be credited on 10th of every month. 6. Several people will leave within months of joining. 7. Unrealistic deadlines, gives irrelevant projects. 8. No PF/Gratuity 9. No Sick Leave policy. 10. Not a typical Software Company, feels like a Shop 11. The Management is blindly following AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude etc. and make mistakes, after that sit hours solving them instead of understanding the problem. 12. They will not listen to employees opinion.

Pros

1. Positive work environment 2. Good opportunities for freshers and interns to enhance technical skills, especially in manual testing, QA methodologies, and test case design. 3. Exposure to various projects provided valuable hands-on experience in different testing scenarios.

Cons

1. Instances of favoritism were evident, with comparisons to senior testers being made, which affected team morale. 2. Unrealistic expectations for in-depth knowledge, even from junior team members, created unnecessary pressure. 3. Have faced tight deadlines. 4. Working overtime was often required, adding to the stress and reducing personal time. 5. Despite high expectations, there was a lack of structured guidance or mentorship for skill development.
