Pros
Foolproof is a very friendly place to work. They always foster a learning and support culture, which is especially great for juniors and mid-weights. There are lots of opportunities to learn form your peers, and shadow on projects outside of your own. We are also encouraged to present and host talks about our craft outside of work, which is brilliant for overall experience and exposure.
Cons
Foolproof has lost it's original fun agency culture, and it has been replaced with a more corporate and cold since Zensar has taken over. There is no learning budget (only generic training videos hosted on an awful website), so I had to pay for my books and learning materials out of my own pocket.
