Some friendly colleagues in other departments. Noticeable efforts to include people in the firm such as Elvenses etc and a reasonable benefits package.
Cons
Exceptionally negative work environment and often toxic, with lack of any empathy or positivity which makes working together bareable. There was too much focus on simply increasing billable hours rather than enjoyment from the work itself, it was almost looked down on to show any passion for the work. Awful, awful management, with no clear career progression as an incentive to stay. Model set up that you only have time to do billable work during contracted hours (sometimes overtime), and then double the amount of time completing admin work (unbillable) in your own time, therefore not being paid for unbillable work despite it being integral to the role. Utilisation rates were only met by doing ridiculous hours, and penalised when those unfair targets were not met.
