-Mandatory overtime from January to July and No they don't tell you this before you are hired -Low Morale -Scheduling is very inconsistent (Breaks & lunches changes throughout the day and even though it's on your schedule you still have to call for permission and management is entitled to deny you of your scheduled break at any time.) -You have to ask for permission to use the restroom -Mandatory make up time (If you have a family emergency and you miss a day at work you have to make it up on your day off in which time & date is at management discretion) -You are not allowed to talk to your peers in between calls -High Turnover rate -3day Suspension for missing a day before, on or after a holiday including non holidays such as Superbowl Sunday I can go on & on with the cons but I don't want to appear as if I am ranting , I simply just want to make interested candidates aware of what they are getting themselves into. We all know finding a job in this economy is difficult and upper management at this company will make you aware of that everyday. This is the first company I have ever worked for where 95% of the employees are not happy.

Fun work environment, Decent Salary, Drama free coworkers: I've worked in this call center for 2yrs. I've worked for other call centers as an agent previously. So I have a little experience with the culture. FOOTSMART was absolutely BANANNAS last year this time. Employees were overworked and underpaid. No one felt valued and it felt like: as long as you made it to work on time, sat in your chair all day (meaning when it was time for your lunch they would ask you to wait and take a few more calls, oh and don’t have to use the restroom; they made you call to ask management for permission to go, just to name a few)...NOW its like a totally different place. They got rid off the upper call center management and brought in a few new folks. I actually like going to work now, It's fun, we have different little contest where we can win extra cash, they bring in food every 2 weeks on the day before payday (they call it tapped out Thursdays and god knows I’m normally tapped out), management seems friendly and helpful, co workers are easy going and the overall atmosphere just feels better.

Cons

I Just hate having to call a supervisor for small things we should be able to handle ourselves.
