      Pros

      Wonderful and talented staff team and brilliant mission. Phenomenal work culture. Genuinely one of the best places that I have ever worked.

      Cons

      As with all work with young people the work is very challenging/tiring and the pay is low in context of work demands.

      Valued and welcomed into a family. Supported with tools and caring management. Still growing and exciting, big opportunities to grow into new roles.

      Cons

      Not a con but as growth is so big, they're great at keeping the special feel but will harder with different regions nationally etc.
