Pros

-colleagues are fine, not all are bad (iykyk) -interns, please dont come here, i pity the hell out of the other interns

Cons

-micromanage -work not done? “you should manage your time better”, then forces you stay OT past working hours. Give new task at exactly 544pm and expect you to finish it before leaving -bad onboarding, you wont learn anything because everybody is as new as you. -youll have a minimum of 2 standups (meeting irl), and 2 shakedowns (meeting online) despite being new there, and they expect you to finish all 6 tasks thrown at you out of nowhere before leaving. (youre never leaving) -good pay? thats because not even good pay will make you want to stay in this company

Pros

- The ground-level colleagues are decent to work with since you're all in the same boat. (NOT specific higher-ups such as Mr King or Mr Ed) - The paycheck clears, proving that they are indeed not bankrupt yet.

Cons

- Toxic Leadership: Management operates with a deeply flawed mindset. There is zero emphasis on employee growth, and leadership explicitly avoids creating a supportive learning environment. - Exploitative Culture: They view employees—especially juniors and interns—as cheap manual labor for their production line rather than technical talent. You are expected to just execute blindly, and asking to learn new things is actively discouraged. - Disconnected Expectations: The workload and demands are completely unreasonable given the lack of resources and guidance provided by the higher-ups. - Hostile Environment: It’s a highly toxic workplace where management is unapproachable and the daily atmosphere is incredibly draining. If you want to actually build a professional career in tech, avoid this place at all costs.
