A lot of the staff seem disgruntled most of the time and patients notice it. Medical assistants at the front are not the most welcoming people. Because FCHC is a federally qualified health center that exists to serve medically underserved communities who mostly have no to low-income, it is unfortunate that I felt as though patients were not receiving quality care. Supervisor was not great. Not a place for innovation or growth. It's definitely more of a stepping stone so you have something to rely on for the next job that you actually want.
