This was one of best opportunities and best job ive ever had. I got so much experience in so many different areas from HR Management, Hiring, Training, filling stores with Managers, Operations Management, Loss Prevention Management, Sales, Merchandising Management, Inventory Management, Working and having good relationship with Kmart Store Managers, Great Training Program. Great Raises, Paid Very Well, Promoted within company easy to move up. Best Team Best Management.. I truly loved this job.

They went out of business when Kmart went under. Was sad to see this company go.

Currently winding down and liquidating, but when we were a productive company, I'd say the wonderful group of people that work here and also the room for growth. In my time with Footstar, starting out as a temporary employee through an agency, I was employeed by Footstar, and promoted twice within the organization.

Currently going out of business. In the past, poor choices were made in certain directions Footstar tried to branch out in. Also, better communication on company public filings. If the public is being given the chance to read a filing, employees as well should be made aware of the new filing.
