Pros

We live the values every single day and stay true to them (even when it means making tough decisions).
Cons
Not much to be honest... genuinely there's nowhere I'd rather work! If I nitpick, these are things for applicants to consider: - We work very hard because we care deeply about our mission. It's not exactly your standard 9-5 job. - We're a fully distributed team with people based all around the world. This is both a pro (lots of extra flexibility) and a con depending on your personality.
