Popularity contest. The culture is very male driven. If they don’t like you, they’ll make an excuse to get rid of you no matter how well your territory is doing. Ex employees are constantly talked about. Another things was we were all paid lower than other jobs in the same market for similar roles. People on team had multiple large regions/territories and still got paid less. My direct manager was also let go and did an awesome job.
