We need more States to change their laws in order for FXS to do more of our work in those states.

Good place to work. There is always a challenge up ahead and its not just repetitive day to day grinding. It being a young company if you have the motivation and some innovation it is easy to move up. Management values and takes into account suggestions from other workers. There is a real feeling that what each employee's work has an affect on the company and that your help is needed. This provides the motivation and a feeling of accomplishment at the end of a good days work day.

Obviously with every job there are cons. This job i can honestly say that the pros outweigh the cons. Job challenges are often mistaken for cons.
