Not a good environment - Anonymous employee Force by Design Employee Review

They work well together. Ownership cares about the people. Downtown SF, close to BART, in the Salesforce building @ 50 Fremont. Promotes from within. Gives lots of responsibility to the individuals.

Can be a stressful environment since everybody is going in their own directions, kind of like herding cats. Not a lot of infrastructure.

The company was young and I was given the ability to take on bigger projects and grow my skills and expand my repertoire.

The company had very little structure and confusing goals. They didn't seem to all be in line and with everyone spread so far across the globe communication was difficult.
