      -Biggest Automotive R&D center in Turkey. -Global methods and tools are used. - Most of the people have similar mindset to each other, good friendship and communication environment -Working environment is well above the average in Turkey. -Full of self improvement opportunities, -Starting salary is good for the automotive industry in Turkey.

      -Lots of interviews required before contract -Only top ten Universities accepted. -Salary policy is not good for experienced people -HR department doesn't care the candidates
