Low morale, untrustworthy management, pitiful pay - Director Fordham University Employee Review

Pitifully low pay for low- and mid-level administrators. Senior management doesn't seem to have the desire or willingness to help with better pay since their own pay is good. There is extremely distrust of the senior administrator that trickles down to every level. There is zero accountability or acknowledgement of good work, so there is no reason to do good work - it's not like you're getting paid for it.
