Pros
Ingenius product sales. It entices you to be a part of the team. Workload is a positive challenge. In the beginning they seem to be very invested in their staff for a short while.
Cons
After a positive few weeks, quickly saw the revolving door. One month I saw approximately a dozen people fired. I was let go after 4 months for signing off on a product that was not supposed to be shipped. This was my first hiccup that could have been resolved in further training or documented counselling. However, due to their quick firing technique of not keeping invested staff due too many reasons such as talking to the boss about his t-shirt (which I've seen someone get fired over) personal lifestyle (not involved in inappropriate conversations-appearing to be an outsider), or cliques. The way they entice people to leave their current job to work for them by promoting a drama-free environment and then turn to have this environment that is unstable and immature for this type of company that has a great reputation for automative innovation is the saddest and unfortunate truth. Do NOT leave your current job for this.
