Cons
No growth. Boss and Family sticks to one pattern when comes to designing and creativity. They will teach you how to design, who doesn't have any experience of designing. They will not let you explore creatively as per client's needs. Put blame for not doing someone else's job. Copy check is not a designers job right? They think you cant leave after 7pm (even if there is no work)because we are paying you for working here. You are only paying for 8 hours not more than that. No space for employees. keep peeping in your computer screen every 5 min. You can't look other websites for an inspiration they think you are wasting time. You cant spend too much time in the loo or on your phone outside.
