TRAINING GROUND- Good as training ground for newly grads who wish to have a additional skills in project management and to improve knowledge in ERP Process. If you are an accountancy graduate, you will learn how to read scripts and create queries. HELPFUL CO-WORKERS- Most of the co-employees here are approachable and kind. They will help you understand and enjoy your work but you still have to be very careful to others who are backstabber and opportunity seeker.
Cons
POOR MANAGEMENT- They will implement series of policies yet they, themselves, will not even comply. They will brainwash you to accept a certain project but they will left you hanging once the client gets mad. They will keep on saying YES to the client's wants and will let the implementation team do the rest. UNPROFESSIONAL - Once a problem occurs, they will not think of the possible solutions instead they will blame you for everything and the president will curse you to the bone. She sees her employees as liabilities of the company and not an asset. Every penny you received is a debt to the company. NO WORK AND LIFE BALANCE- your performance will be based on the no of hours you stay in the office and not based on the accomplishment you have done. Leaving the office on time is a sin.
