Absolutely agree with comment here about scientology - my experience is the same and I don't even think it's legal approach what they are doing. If you consider to join I recommend to proactively search about connection of scientology and owners of the company. The company is very different on the outside and on the inside. On the outside, they appear empathetic owners, wanting to help, but in reality they are quite superficial and arrogant. I did not leave the company with a good feeling and I am not proud of my work experience there. Also, salary was very poor. No bonus, not even a free coffee in the office. Horrible treatment, I could never recommend them.
