      Nice people, flexibility, easy going culture

      Cons

      Old system Always low staffed Expected to work overtime with no pay Bonus scheme is a joke high performers still doesnt get bonus or salery increase Top mng doesn’t listen, they have no insight in what we are dealing with they make decisions that directly impact safety and doesnt care.
