Too many good ideas and not enough resources available at this time to develop them all. Can make things frustrating when you can see the obvious short-term benefits.

Clearly defined roles and responsibilities, full training with support and encouragement to take ownership and get the desired results.
Cons
A startup which may not appeal to everyone. But that said, a company with a clear idea of what they want and how they can sustainably get there.
