Some nice people in the training team and colleagues instore.
Cons
No understanding of the UK market, or how to run a business outside of India. All HR & policies are very old fashioned and in no way suitable for the standards that employees deserve. Management are controlling, and use power and intimidation to try to get results, rather than support.
