- Few OT - Good colleagues in the Team

- Poor management from the top - No opportunity for the staffs, even the staffs working for this company several years - Very single project source, no concern for development of the company & the staffs in the company - High turn over rates of junior staff, but the top management did nothing (or cannot did anything)
