Pros
Extremely organized and well run company. Even though relatively new, top to bottom management is efficient and ambitious. Everyone is nice too. Patients are prescreened meticulously. I would feel comfortable messaging anyone of the upper echelons, even the CEO with issues. Support, both my personal support , IT and other physicians are truly helpful and legit wanting to help. Everything gets done. Everyone responds. And the culture thats been created is so far great. Not sure its sustainable as the company grows, but so far so good.
Cons
There is a lot of administrative work. Not much buffering from superfluous admin work and especially excessive non-medical related patient messaging.
