Horrible - Anonymous employee Formations Employee Review

Work remotely, good team, established company. This was a fine internship where analysis skills were required

There were long weekly meetings in office and via Skype that were intended to unite the team but could be occasionally boring

Can't think of any pros to working for someone so awful

Shane is an extremely abusive boss who likes to take credit for all the work of his interns/analysts/etc. He is notorious for making inappropriate comments about his workers, both behind their backs and to their faces. He never took responsibility for his own mistakes and constantly blamed it on prior workers. He hires people as consultants, when they should really be employees - I'm surprised he never got caught by the IRS for this.
