It can be stressful at times as any other startup

The culture in the company, the benefits, the people, the creative freedom, the innovation, and the values of the company are irreplaceable and are truly top-tier.

Some of the departments are lacking in their leadership and ability to guide properly. This can especially be seen in terms of people management which is sometimes the absolute worst. There have been a few instances where capable employees or candidates were undermined or mistreated and this is hurtful to see. I would expect more sensitivity and awareness when dealing with human beings.
