Pay is not the best, but its a good hospital.

Experience matches pay. Yearly bonuses and raises. Plenty of opportunities to climb the tech ladder for advancement. Opportunities to apply for different positions throughout the pharmacy. Great benefits overall.

Management can either make or break how you feel about the workplace. PTO builds up over the year instead of being given an allotment at the beginning of the year, and how many hours you get depends on how many years you’ve been with the company. The work can get repetitive if you are in the same position for a long time.
