      Pros

      Local healthcare provider with admirable mission and vision. Close to home for professionals that live in Jefferson County. Comparable wages to outlying communities.

      Cons

      EMR implementation has had difficulty. Staff turnover has over burdened other staff members. Inadequate amount of time allowed to train new hires leaves them feeling overwhelmed.

      Great place to work. Love my job and respect the people I work with.

      Cons

      Need to live close to Fort Atkinson which is a very small town. On call requires one to be close enough to the hospital which means you need to live nearby.
