I worked at Forthea for 2~ years (2016/17). I have been working in the digital marketing industry for two decades under multiple Presidents / CEOs. Chris Pappas is the most effective CEO I’ve worked under. He is extremely careful and calculated, most of all, he is the most considerate. He gave me the support and tools I needed to succeed. The HR team at Forthea does a fantastic job identifying, recruiting, and vetting the best team member for each role. The leadership team does a great job cultivating less experienced team members. The agency core values create a fun, productive, professional environment. Continuous improvement. High professionalism. One for all. And, Drive for measurable results. I can still recite the core values to this day. I still live by these values. They are a part of Forthea’s DNA. As a former department head I got to see behind the curtain, how things actually operate. I am happy to give kudos (or snaps) to every department at Forthea. The leadership team, managers, and staff members are first class. If you are trying to solve a complex business challenge, Forthea is a great choice. If you’re looking for a great place to build your career, Forthea is a great choice.
Cons
This isn’t a knock on the agency, at times, things may seem to move slow. This used to frustrate me. Looking back, I understand why certain decisions took longer than others. Be patient and trust that each level wants to do what is right for the Client and Agency.
