Absolutely no value placed on people, this company feels it's acceptable to fire people the Friday before Christmas to "right size the company" and then start hiring again three weeks later. "Leadership team" is a joke, it's clear the only person leading in the company is the CFO, who places no value on people or relationships. Employee ownership is a carrot dangled for the gullible to believe if they stick around it may pay off, but it's constantly delayed. Strategies shift constantly based on whatever management book leadership is reading at the time. Culture is toxic in the extreme and many employees are looking for other opportunities.
