Cons
Awful upper-management who take no accountability in the the colossal nose-dive this place has taken in the last 2 years. Ridiculous office politics. Lazy team leaders who manage to avoid termination due to their unparalleled ability to kiss upper-management butts. Awful shift work: if you're considering applying here, just know that you will be on contract, meaning you have zero benefits, zero jobs security, and no stable shifts. You can and will be asked to work graveyard shifts (12am-8am), often after you've worked an 8am-4pm. They wonder why they have such a high rate stress leave incidents at the Burnaby office. The workers are under appreciated, often being 'scored' by managers who have next to no idea what their employees do in a day. Favouritism- enough said.
