Pros
This is perhaps one of the most professional and well organized companies I've ever worked for. My experience with this company has been absolutely phenomenal from the moment I fired up my equipment to present day. The on-boarding process and equipment: smooth, organized, professional. HR and training: smooth, organized, professional. The company culture from my individual teammates to the very top: kind, engaging, welcoming, professional. Everyone here are amazing at what they do, they all have a strong work ethic, they, as much as I, absolutely love being at work every morning. I can tell you right now it was breath of fresh air working with others similar to myself in almost every way, especially with the pride they take in their work. I normally don't pay any mind to the diversity of a company, but in this case I feel I must mention it because the diversity HelpSystems has fostered is absolutely incredible, the gold standard in my opinion. It's possible to work with people from all over the world and each person I've had the pleasure of meeting is as kind and as engaging as the last. In previous companies it's been difficult engaging with coworkers in a remote environment. That is certainly not the case in HelpSystems where the people you work with are so high-spirited and fun to collaborate with you almost want to keep chatting with them online but of course there's work to do:) For something that I used to not pay much attention to, it's become one of my most favorite things to witness thanks to HelpSystems. The work itself is more rewarding than I expected it to be. It's everything I've ever wanted in my career and I get to do it everyday. I quite literally get to learn something new everyday which itself is something I'm grateful for. I have nothing but good things to say about management. This company cares. Management cares. That's instantly clear from the day you're brought on. Here work is taken serious, but so are its employees. Management has done an outstanding job of maintaining a wonderful blend between the two and it works. Employees are happy, work still gets done. They cracked the code on this one but don't ask me how. Additionally, there's plenty of room for growth, opportunities, and gaining new knowledge or skills. From what I've observed, there's no way to stagnate at this company so long as you yourself are motivated to do so. Those are by far my favorite things about this company. The compensation and benefits are of course fair and generous in my opinion, but that isn't why I chose this company. I chose this company for everything I've listed above which is what I value more than anything. I had a feeling HelpSystems was what I was looking for and boy did I make the right decision.
