      Pros

      The company is really friendly and supporting the employees. The quality in studies are very important and the company really puts emphasis on this. As an employee you can feel this since day one which is very important speciality in clinical researches.

      Cons

      The study systems are too old and complicated and there are lots of manual tracker updates
