      Pros

      Everyone has been very nice and helpful to me. The work is very interesting and I feel that my skills and experience are really appreciated.

      Cons

      I was given over 200 e-Learning courses to complete for my onboarding. Including many courses that do not apply to my job as a clinical programmer. Like how to process payments from patients. And to finish each course I was required to "verify" myself using 2-step authentication on my phone. It was very tedious.

      Typical of all CROs you will very likely have a very high workload and little time for air.
