      Very poor Management Morale of staff is low Processes and procedures are outdated Little or no communication between departments HR reliability is practically zero Fear of raising concerns is evident Work life balance is non existent

      work life balance with good compensation

      Cons

      No proper feedback from management. People were very positive while giving performance review. However from nowhere they let me go. I understand they suffered huge financial loss however, they were very dishonest because they kept me dark about the whole situation and as if they planned it.
