Poor environment - Anonymous Forvis Mazars Group Employee Review

Horrible environment, managers and team leaders. Worked OT almost every other day, there is no training provided at all. You just have to figure it out and managers have unrealistic expectations that they themselves cannot even meet. Hearing people crying in the restroom is not unusual.
