Horrible and degrading working environment. Expect to OT like mad (even on weekends) and still get paid way below industry average. As and when your bosses not happy, can take away bonus too and say it’s because of ‘performance issue’ when you’re already handling multiple clients all by yourself and pulling crazy OT hours. Management here is nasty. All is the same, there is no exception. Middle managers are toxic, gossip-mongering, bootlicking partners and bother more with office politics than managing the team and guiding juniors.
