9yThank you for your feedback. We are pleased that your experience at WeiserMazars is positive and that you have built good relationships with your managers and co-workers. We also appreciate recognition of the many opportunities we provide for the staff to get involved in our many activities and agree that this really contributes to elevating job satisfaction.
With regards to mentoring, we are constantly striving to improve the training and development of our team members at all levels; in fact, we recently appointed a Chief Learning Officer and Director of Talent Management to lead this effort. Also, our Partners and Senior Managers have been undergoing significant training on giving real-time feedback and helping every team member in their career development. Although we do not yet have a formal mentoring program, we will be evaluating our current performance management system and will identify where improvements can be made in due course.
