Pros
As an auditor, there is exposure to a whole range of clients of varying sizes and complexity. It is a friendly personable atmosphere where much trust is placed in team members. Team members are encouraged to develop their own technical and soft skills You get out what you put in.
Cons
Like many places, the bureaucracy can be a drag but that is the price we have to pay for working in a regulated environment. There is much change as the firm grows.
