Horrible culture - its a Partnership so HR work for them - if they don't like someone, HR will make sure they they are gotten rid off. Bullying in HR is common, they will make up issues and treat junior members of staff like crap. If you don't fit into their mould, your days are numbered. Alot of workers cite bullying/stress for reasons to leave. Believe you mean, i have seen the exit questionnaires. Warning to students, go to the other Big 4 firms...this is, and always will be, the last choice. The benefits lead is a real piece of work just for good measure,
