Pros
- We have a nice general culture - Good pay for all grades up to and including managers - Good work life balance in junior roles BUT most managers work late, a lot.
Cons
- Terrible equipment and laptops, awful. Constant problems and so slow. - It's a big company, so theres a LOT of Ars* Licking - Quite gossipy and can be backstabbing at times - Pay after manager level (except for partner) is not steep enough to make you want to progress further than manager as it's 30k starting, 50k AM, 70k manager, but flattens after that when taking into account tax.
