Pros
Working with, and being integrated into supported school districts turned out to be a lot of fun
Cons
Management didn't seem to care too much about extenuating circumstances should an emergency arise. You were free to handle your business... when the work day was over. My last week they disabled my accounts, effectively cutting off my ability to perform any work. So I left a couple days earlier than planned. I provided a 3 week notice, but they failed to fill the spot so I could train the relief. Since I left a couple days early due to having my access cut, the owner threw a rage fit and withheld my last check. I received it a couple months later after reporting them to the labor board. The place could have been a great place to work, but turned out it definitely wasnt. The pay was a trap. Instead of hourly, they paid salary. Turned out for 30k/yr, they'd work you 50 hours a week during school startup, plus being voluntold you needed to help work a weekend project. So what could amount to 60 hours a week, you were paid about $9/hour. Not worth it
