Terrible experience - Anonymous employee Forward Education Employee Review

Poor Management and High Turnover The current Head of Product has more influence over operations than the CEO, who appears to lack direction. Staff turnover is extremely high, with employees being let go seemingly without cause on a monthly basis. My experience with this company was one of the worst I’ve had. Diversity efforts are minimal at best, and there is essentially no functioning HR department. Additionally, the CEO has been involved in multiple romantic relationships with employees, further highlighting the lack of professional oversight.
