I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Forward Financing. As CEO, I take employee satisfaction very seriously and we work very hard at it across all functional areas.
As you mentioned, the outbound sales role (which has subsequently been discontinued) was a challenging role for some. Expectations were to make 150+ calls a day and we presented it clearly during the interview process.
We provided our sales employees every resource they needed to be successful. Some of that included best-in-class automated phone systems, leads, Salesforce CRM technology, along side a number of fun outlets (ping pong, rec room, snacks, gym memberships, etc). This is probably why employee turnover was very low even leading up to the sales team reorganization we unfortunately had to do in May 2016.
We love our office space. We think it has a great vibe and is in the perfect location just steps from the Boston Commons and near multiple T stops -- the building is home to many other successful downtown-based businesses and actually has no vacancy. That said, our building was built in 1870 and we have seen mice at times, something that is not uncommon in buildings of this age (thankfully I haven't seen one this year).
