Awesome team Rewarding position especially if your preferred field is in the social work area Very flexible especially if you have a family Ongoing trainings/Certifications Amazing experiences! (Resume building!) Great supportive atmosphere most days (sometimes it get busy busy!) QA team at your finger tips for questions As long as you maintain good communication- accommodations and much understanding from management Rapidly building PTO Good pay and raises! Livable benefits

Heavy caseloads Some work seems redundant Intense fast-paced environment Hard-to-meet deadlines Easy to forget to take breaks Sometimes it seems impossible to accomplish everything Easy to fall behind Easy to stay late on accident w/o overtime Frequent policy changes

Really good people with equally good intentions to help those who are in a vulnerable place.

Cons

There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
