      FSC is an employer that is supportive, and understanding of employees, and the challenges we face while working in the human services field. PTO and benefits are incredible and leadership always encourages work life balance. I am so happy that I decided to make the move to FSC! Having a work life balance has allowed me to start a family. I truly enjoy working with all the individuals that are in our programs, and coworkers at FSC!

      Cons

      I cannot think of any, I enjoy my job, I enjoy the work I do, I enjoy the company I work for and I can't wait to see what the future career at FSC brings to my life.

      There was a big pressure to get people to be enrolled into the program with no financial bonus incentive.
