Just Awful - Supervisor Fosdick Fulfillment Employee Review

I'm a retired, C suite exec with time on my hands. I haven't worked as an hourly employee since I was 19 years old ( a long time ago). I have been working at Fossick for more than a year and I believe the owners truly appreciate conscientious people that want to work The rewards and recognition for a job well done go over and above most employers and I have worked for many Fortune 500 companies. They have instituted programs like Volunteer Time Off for example, which rewards employees for giving back to the community at the company's expense. Great company doing good things.

Sound system in warehouse could be better.

No one gets reprimanded for poor performance

Benefits are a joke, health insurance is expensive, no one accepts or knows who the provider is. Office workers are forced to pick and pack during Black Friday because the working conditions in the warehouse are so bad that workers from the Temp Agency refused to come here, HR tries to spin it as a team building exercise and no one realizes that having untrained people from the office working the warehouse floor opens them up to legal liability, There is no long term goals or vision, just a company that uses outdated technology that is never upgraded, done for short-term savings but costs much more long-term but owners don't comprehend it.
