Pros

50% discount on every item. Limit: 10 items per day. 70% discount twice a month.

Cons

One of the worst places to work at. Management is very unorganized unclear. Their customers are very dear to them but the managers don't care about their employees. I was simply fired for calling in sick. I requested the manager to provide her with a valid doctor's note since I was legitimately sick but she refused and said 'you are an unreliable person'. When they release the schedule the employees have on-call shifts. Meaning if the on-call shift is 5-10PM, the employee has to call two hours prior to the shift and ask the manager on duty if he/she is needed. Mostly the manager would say you are not required. This way you cannot estimate the amount of money you would make and WILL be bound for those days since you still have to call and ask and a missed call is equivalent to a missed shift and corrective action will be taken against it. All of this was not mentioned at the time of hiring.

Pros

-Diverse and inclusive -Free gym -My immediate team is great. They're supportive and really seem to care about our wellbeing and morale -Casual dress code

Cons

-It's retail, we're on a sinking ship and have been for the last decade with slow turnaround -Took away additional hybrid day despite no actual need to be in office (4x a week) in which we sit on video calls with remote teams -Compromise safety during severe weather despite area school closures -FREQUENT layoffs (have been 2x a year for the last several years) -Below average compensation (I've been told by previous management that it's lower by thousands of $$) -HR will say one thing in writing to avoid outrage then follow a completely different directive -Work life balance used to be more flexible since CEO takeover -Frequent promotions for senior leadership but few for those in the lower levels
