New office, modern technology, gym, if you're into brown nosing, you could go far. A good 2nd job.
Cons
Weirdest corporate head ever. Nepotism abound. Mid-level promoting and reviewing guidelines are unequal. CEO is a micromanager. Deplorable average salary. The corporate culture feels like college. It's the VPs (professors) and the workers (students). Mostly because the workforce is so young.
